4. Orders and Payment

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.
5.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
5.4 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

6.2 You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

6.4 You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

6.5 We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof of return), using the original payment method.

• Not as described

7.2 Clothing and footwear must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

7.3 Pet food and treats:

• Cannot be returned if opened

• May be returned if unopened and in original sealed condition

• Can always be returned if faulty or damaged

7.4 We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund.

8. Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

8.1 All products must be:

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

• As described

8.2 If goods are faulty, you are entitled to:

• A refund where appropriate
