To be eligible for a full refund following cancellation, the Body Protector should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, and documentation.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded where the Body Protector has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit. This may include, but is not limited to:
Signs of wear or prolonged use.
Damage
Evidence that the Body Protector has been ridden in.
Missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
Any indication that the Body Protector has been dropped, impacted, altered, or otherwise compromised.
For safety reasons, any Body Protector returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new may be subject to a deduction from the refund to reflect its reduced value.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
